About Lisa
I’m Lisa Skinner, a Chartered Town Planner with over 25 years experience working in the public and private sector. I have extensive experience of development management, planning strategies, submission of planning applications, site promotions, planning enforcement, appeal work, change management, training and developing others, complex negotiations, facilitation, community involvement and development.
My specialities include: Advising clients on how to improve the value of their assets by developing Planning Strategies; Planning law and enforcement work; Appeals Public Enquiries; and submission of Planning Applications.
About Stephen
I’m Stephen Warburton and specialise in Strategy and Development. I have over 30 years experience in developing and delivering some of the country’s most significant capital programmes including London 2012, several major rail programmes and the complicated real estate rationalisation at numerous organisations of various sizes.
I am currently overseeing the development of a 500,000 ft2 three site innovation park in Cambridge and have held roles as CEO, CFO and Legal Counsel across a range of organisations. I have a deep understanding of Investment Funding and work with a range of Debt and Equity providers to ensure appropriate project financing decisions can be taken.
Lisa is the brains and driving force behind Lisa Skinner Associates and I am proud to work alongside her to ensure that all of our clients are set up for success…as she says “Positive Thinking, Positive Planning”.
